Equally important to the results I help my clients achieve is the experience of getting there. This document is to serve as a list of pre-requisites for potential clients I tend to work with.

Criteria

• The executive team cares immensely about organizational health and takes every hire they make seriously even when the impulse and pressure to grow is present.
• The company's primary purpose is to create value for customers through the creation of software products.
• The product created addresses primitive problems in multibillion-dollar industries such as (but not limited to) Prop-Tech, Fin-Tech, and Med-Tech.
• The executive team has clear ethical boundaries as to what they would and would not do with the software developed, regardless of financial upside.
• At least one founder has 3-5 years of experience being a product contributor (engineer or designer) at a previous company, not of his/her own, which had product-market-fit.
• The company has raised a minimum of $5M in funding or $2.5M led by a major VC firm.
• The product is past its proof of concept stage but before pre-product-market-fit.
• The minimum project size for new clients is $50k and for returning clients $35k.
